Can I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be completely happy with your Sirdar purchase. If you wish to return or exchange any item(s), bought from sirdar.com, you must do so within 15 days of receiving your order from us (7 days for sale/clearance/promotions).

To qualify for a refund/exchange, all items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. If you have started making, we are unable to accept a return unless there is a fault with our product.
